Our story — charting the path from 'I' to 'We'

From our humble beginnings to our global initiatives, our journey is a tapestry of individual threads woven into a vibrant tapestry of collective action and mutual growth.

A crowd of people from many backgrounds, laughing together

Join the movement towards collective progress. At UnityEvolv, we bridge the gap between the individual and the collective, fostering environments where together, we grow stronger.

How that works in practice

Every product we build stands on something we have already built and given away. OfisKit, the virtual office engine, is open source and running; UnityOfis is that engine with a company around it. UnityKit, our design system, is on npm, and this website is built with it.

That is the mission in practice. Open foundations mean the work has to be good enough to read, the boundaries have to be real rather than assumed, and nobody is tied to us by anything except the product being worth using.

AI is how we move quickly through the parts that are well understood. The architecture, the review and the decisions stay with people, and everything ships through the same tests and continuous integration either way.

What we hold ourselves to

Stated as things you can check rather than values you have to take on trust.

  • Open the foundation, sell the product

OfisKit is free and complete, and UnityOfis is it with a company around it. Nobody is tied to us by a missing piece.

  • Nothing phones home

Our open-source work makes no request to anything we run — no default relay, no CDN, no analytics. A lint rule fails a hostname written into the code.

  • Accessible is not a phase

Contrast is checked in the design system’s build, so a colour that fails AA fails the pull request rather than a later audit.

  • You own what we build

Your repository, your accounts, your keys, from the first commit. A handover is the plan, not a negotiation.

Look at the work

Both of these are public: the code, the pipeline and a running demo.
